Two great trail runs to choose from. Pick either a 5 mile or 13 miles, both taking in Pen Y Fan summit on the 26 July 2026. Included in the price is a free buff, medal, chip timing, national trust contribution fee, signed posted and marshalled route, as well as water and sweets provided at the end of the 5 miler and at one of the check points for the 13 miles. 

You’ll need the following compulsory kit on the day: 

5 miles:

• Mobile phone
• hydration (min 500ml)
• foil blanket or a Bivi Bag
• snacks
• basic first aid kit
• whistle
• windproof jacket. 

13 miles:

• Mobile phone 
• hydration (min 2 litres) 
• Foil blanket or Bivi Bag, 
• Snacks
• Basic first aid kit
• whistle
• waterproof jacket and trousers
• hat/buff and gloves
