CHECKPOINTS AND CUT-OFF
There are four checkpoints for the race. They will have water and food available. This is a cup-less race, so please bring one.
Checkpoint 1: Ffynnondwyn at 6 miles
Checkpoint 2: Torpantau Train Station at 13 miles
Checkpoint 3: Pont yr daf Car Park at 19.5 miles
Checkpoint 4: Cwm Cadlen Road Crossing at 26 Mile
The cut-off for this event is 14:00 at checkpoint 3. This is 6 hours after the start of the race, so a pace of 20mins/mile or quicker is required of entrants.
